Terms of Lease:
1. The lessor guarantees the performance of every golf car.
2. Normal wear and tear on the golf car is expected, but ABUSE OR DAMAGE TO THE CAR WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSEE AND charged to the lessee accordingly.
3. Any cost to repair or replace the car and it's accessories as a result of any acts of vandalism, fire or theft will be the responsibility of the lessee.
4. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES: If the keys are lost for the golf car, a charge of $2.75 per missing key will be made to the lessee.
5. Lessee shall maintain and keep in effect during duration of the contract all fire and extended coverage, theft and collision insurance covering the car for an amount not less than $3,000 per car. A certificate of liability insurance is required with Leisure Products named as insured.
